After much success in wholesale and later online, the Mah-Ze-Dahr cafe is now gracing the Greenwich Village neighborhood with its pastry-filled charm.
The cafe, run by chef Umber Ahmad, features shades of blue and gray and a marble countertop, where Chef Ahmad displays her pies, biscuits, cookies, cakes, brioches, donuts, and other sweet and savory items.
Umber guarantees that she does not follow trends when it comes to pastry. She prefers to try to evolve a little more each day with what she is accustomed to doing, making her products modern and fresh.
In addition, the cafe has a room where Umber intends to teach baking classes in the future.
A treat, don’t you think?!
